Welcome, students and families!
Your student portal holds many of the resources you will need to be successful at Beacon.
Beginning May 1, new students will begin receiving personal login instructions to your new student portal. A shortened version of these instructions is available below. Students who enroll after May 1 will receive their login credentials and instructions within 7-10 days of submitting their enrollment deposit.

LOGGING IN
There are two ways to log in to your Beacon College student portal. We recommend that you first log in to Microsoft Office 365 at https://www.office.com using your Beacon email address and account password. From here, you can click on the MyBeacon Student Portal "app" and you will be automatically logged in to your MyBeacon student portal and our associated financial aid portal.
You can also log in directly at https://my.beaconcollege.edu/ics using your Beacon student ID as the username, with your email account password.
COURSE REGISTRATION AND TEXTBOOKS
Student course schedules and booklists will be available in the student portal after Jul. 1. If you have questions after reviewing your course schedule, please contact centerforstudentsuccess@beaconcollege.edu. Textbook orders may be placed beginning Jul. 1 by calling the campus bookstore at 352-638-9753. Have your course schedule in hand when you call.
FINANCIAL AID
If you have been awarded financial aid for the 2024-2025 academic year, please follow the instructions to accept or decline your financial aid awards on the financial aid portal. You must accept your financial aid by Aug. 16 in order for it to be applied to your fall statement. If you have questions, please contact the Financial Aid Office at 352-638-9792 or financialaid@beaconcollege.edu, or scan the QR code for a detailed walkthrough of this process.
YOUR BILL AND ACCOUNT
Fall 2024 bills are being sent via mail and email in June, and payments are due by Jul. 28. Additional information on how to pay your bill or enroll in a payment plan is provided with your mail and email statement. This information is also available in the Finances section of your student portal.
REQUIRED ENROLLMENT DOCUMENTS
New and returning students should review the required enrollment documents available at our Enrollment Services Checklist. These documents are due prior to check-in on campus in August. You can also view important dates and deadlines and associated resources at the Enrollment Services One-Stop.
